I haven't got a child of my own yet, but I have thirty children who I educate, motivate and lead. I've had over sixty over the past few years and most of all I've been a child myself. I have found one common denominator; love above all.
Children need to feel an unconditional bubble of love and support. Children, like adults, don't like to be humiliated, laughed at our doubted on their abilities and possibilities. Adults however are already shaped, whereas such comments and approaches can permanently decline a child's self confidence, later limiting their adult life.
When raising, or helping to raise our youth, we have to remember to make them feel safe, loved and undoubtedly encouraged. Â Â
With love,
Ronnie
